FRUIT SALAD


PLAY OUTLINE: Raquel Vidal González

Title: Fruit salad

Level 1- Age 6 years

Characters: narrator,pirate Pete, pirate John, pirate Lola, lorito, three monkeys and three frogs.

Synopsis:
There are three pirates and a parrot in an island. Pirate Pete is hungry and he asks his friends pick up some fruits from the trees. But his friends don’t help him and pirate Pete picks the fruits alone and when he finishes he does a salad fruit,
Now he asks his friends"who can help?" And his friends want to eat. So pirate Pete says "Sorry! now this is my salad. You don’t help me to pick the fruits, so now you don’t eat".

Character objectives:
Narrator: tells about what the characters do, where they are and what happens in every moment.
Pirate Pete: he is a young boy, he has long, dark hair. He wears a pitch and he is the captain. He gives orders to the other characters.
Pirate John: he is a bit older than pirate Pete, he has dark hair and he is strong. He wears an earring and a scarf on his head. He doesn’t help to pirate Pete.
Pirate Lola: she is pretty, she has red, long hair. She doesn’t help to pirate Pete.
Lorito: It is red, yellow and blue. It’s Pete’s pet. It doesn’t help to his captain.
Monkeys and frogs: they are in the story at observers.

Scene brokedown:
Scene 1
The characters are in an island. Pirate Pete sees mangoes and says to his friends to pick them up. But his friends don’t want to help him.
Scene 2
Pirate Pete picks the mangoes.
Scene 3
Pirate Pete sees pineapples. He asks his friends to help him but they don’t want to.
Scene 4
Pirate Pete picks the pineapples.
Scene 5
Pirate Pete sees bananas. He wants to pick them but nobody helps him.
Scene 6
Pirate Pete picks the bananas.
Scene 7
Now pirate Pete has a big salad fruit. He asks his friends "who can help?" And they want to eat
Scene 8
Pirate Pete eats the fruit salad. He doesn’t share it with their friends because they don’t help him collecting fruits.
